Lisa was incredibly helpful! She suggested points of service (ski rental delivery to our room) that I would not have thought of myself, and we are so glad that she did! We really enjoyed the ski slope condo she recommended and look forward to doing this again.

Lisa was VERY patient with a couple of newbies to overseas travel and probably did some work she doesn't have to do for more experienced travellers. As a result, we had no worries about how things were set up and if they were set up; our biggest concerns were the parts we had to do - like getting on the right plane! Without Lisa's assistance, this trip probably would not have happened, denying us the anniversary trip of a lifetime. (I have never been overseas before)

I cannot recommend Lisa enough, whether you are planning a major milestone trip or a small weekend getaway. I had general ideas for my sabbatical trip and a serious case of indecision. She is incredibly patient, with a strong ability to take concepts and provide the perfect recommendations. For example, she recommended the Moonlit Sanctuary outside of Melbourne based on her own personal experience there. Getting to pet and feed kangaroos was an absolute highlight of our trip. Lisa doesn’t just book your trip; she brings experience and expertise to curate once-in-a-lifetime adventures.
