It was a pleasure to work with Lisa. She was friendly, professional and attentive to every detail of our trip to Turks and Caicos last month. My husband and I stayed at the Regent Grand, a beautiful resort in Grace Bay with excellent service and in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Lisa was always readily available to us during the planning and regularly updated us on the status of the island after Hurricane Maria. Lisa addressed every aspect of the trip, from transportation, services and activities. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for our vacation, even sending us a gift before we left with a beach bag, sunglass covers, luggage tags, such a nice touch! With so very many different options for travel I can say it was a TRUE blessing working with Lisa. She worked to put together an amazing trip for my fiancée and I that we will never forget. She was able to get us all of our travel needs taken care of without any issues at all. I have used other travel agents before but I can honestly say I will never ever use another.
Lisa made our whole trip so amazing from the largest part of airlines to the smallest part of checking on us to see how the trip was going. Lisa made the whole thing just plain AMAZING! She was able to work her magic in a short period of time and the trip came out awesome. I can't wait to see what she plans for our honeymoon.

◦Lisa was absolutely amazing! She basically planned our entire destination wedding and coordinated all of our guests' stays & excursions. We went to Sandals, and long story short, had to move ALL of our bookings from the original resort to a new one. When we got the news that Sandals no longer had our requested accommodations, we were definitely concerned. In no time at all, Lisa was on the phone righting all of the resort's wrongs and straightening out of the issues. I am SO glad that Lisa was there to help not only when the resort presented obstacles, but even when everything was going right she guided us in the right direction every step of the way.

Lisa worked with us extensively to help us finalize our destination location and get all of the details organized and sent out. Our trip was absolutely fantastic and we can't wait to go back.
